Delivery

  • Will my entire order be shipped together?

    Your entire order will be shipped together only when all products ordered are from the same vendor or directly from Takeoshare.

    Some orders are split before shipping, due to the vendors location or products availability.

    In most cases your order will be shipped on a product by product basis, based on your shopping cart selections.

  • What delivery methods can I choose?

    By default your order will be assigned to standard delivery. Standard delivery takes between 1-30 days base on the product(s) estimated standard ship date. 

    You can expedite your shipment by upgrading to express during the checkout process, by using one of the method offered by one of our carriers.

    • Express: Same Day, Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day.
    • Special Request: Weekends, Holidays, Afternoon and Early Morning.
  • When will my order be shipped?

    Each product has its own estimated standard shipping date assigned for shipping after purchased. For more information about your order estimated ship date, contact the product vendor directly from the product profile page.

  • When can I expect my delivery?

    When you order from takeoshare.com, you can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process. You and the vendor(s) you ordered products from will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for your order's shipment.
    Your order processing could take 1 hour to 14 business days depending on the product(s).
    Your order ship date could take 2 hours to 14 business days depending on the product(s) processing time.

    The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you.
    Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

    Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
    Shipping time: The time for your item(s) to tarvel from our warehouse to your destination. Shipping from a local warehouse is significantly faster. Some charges may apply to expedite your shipment on request. In addition, the transit time depends on where you're located and where your package comes from.
